Betsy Cow or Itsy Betsy is the 4 year old niece of Clarabelle Cow. She made her only appearence in the comic Triple-Sitter Trouble in 1969.
In my take, she still has her original trait of being hyperactive. However when she visits Horace and Clarabelle, Betsy usually reffers Horace as 'Uncle' Horace. Fortunately for Horace, he could actually put up with her since she is only 4 years old.
